Meet our Founder
Adam Lang is a life-long learner with experience at start-up companies, in international development, and in health-care research and innovation. He has hired, built, and managed large work teams, and he has managed cross-functional projects in several industry environments. Adam is passionate about guiding individuals and teams toward asking questions, understanding context, and turning what they learn into clear, testables ideas. He strives to create environments in which people feel supported by one another to push their edges so that they may learn and grow together.
